mushrooms kriuk

ingredients:
- mushrooms
- Wheat flour
- egg
- Flavoring

how to make:
1. Rinse mushrooms and pat dry with a clean cloth with in squeeze.
2. Create a fungus according to the size desired, with (in suir-suir).
3. Then coat with egg, then the flour baluri already given flavoring.
4. Heat oil, when it is hot fry mushrooms until dry.
5. Lift when it is browned. cooking oil and then dry it.
6. Serve with powdered seasoning or chili sauce to taste.
